Restrictions within the United States when creating a virtual account

Restrictions within the United States

The banking provider allows individual and business customers to operate in most US states, with the exception of New York, when their primary residential or operating address, as applicable, is located there.

The banking provider currently also allows onboarding of individual and business customers from Florida and Louisiana.

For businesses, availability depends mainly on the primary operating address, not necessarily on where the business is registered or where it holds its bank account.

Texas: orchestration is limited to first-party flows, and the banking provider does not support custody for customers located in this state.
