How to deposit cash at a MoneyGram agent

You can add money to your Ebioro account by paying cash at a MoneyGram agent in 29 countries.

Before you start

• Your identity must be verified in the app.
• Your USD balance must be open. The cash you pay is added to it. If it is not open yet, open it from Home first.

Step by step

1. Open Add money and choose Deposit cash (pay cash at a MoneyGram agent location).
2. Follow the steps on screen. The amount is from 5 to 950 USD per transaction. MoneyGram asks for your personal details on its own screen. If we already have them, they come pre-filled.
3. Confirm. You get a payment reference in the app.
4. Go to a MoneyGram agent with your official ID and the reference, and pay the cash.
5. Your balance updates once MoneyGram confirms the payment. The status in Activity changes to Money added.

Useful to know

• Cash deposit is not available yet in Spain, Italy, France, Portugal or the Netherlands. The full list of countries is in In which countries can I deposit cash?.
