How to withdraw money to an external bank account

To withdraw money to an external bank account, follow these steps. Before making a bank withdrawal, you must complete the KYC process.

On the home screen, tap Withdraw.
Select the country associated with your bank account:
- United States
- Europe
Select Bank Withdrawal.
Tap Add Bank Account.
Enter the requested information to register your bank account. The bank account must be in the name of the ebioro account holder. Bank withdrawals to third-party accounts are not currently supported.
If this is your first time using the service, you may need to complete additional verification with the virtual bank account provider.
Once your bank account has been added and verified, select the balance you want to withdraw from.
Enter the amount you want to withdraw and proceed.
Review the withdrawal details and confirm the transaction.
