###### How to withdraw money to an external bank account

To withdraw money to an external bank account, follow these steps. Before making a bank withdrawal, you must complete the **KYC** process.
1. On the home screen, tap **Withdraw**.
2. Select the **country** associated with your bank account:
   * **United States**
   * **Europe**
3. Select **Bank Withdrawal**.
4. Tap **Add Bank Account**.
5. Enter the requested information to register your bank account. The bank account must be **in the name of the ebioro account holder**. Bank withdrawals to third-party accounts are not currently supported.
6. If this is your first time using the service, you may need to complete **additional verification with the virtual bank account provider**.
7. Once your bank account has been added and verified, select the **balance you want to withdraw from**.
8. Enter the **amount you want to withdraw** and proceed.
9. Review the withdrawal details and confirm the transaction.
