# How to withdraw cash at a MoneyGram agent

You can withdraw the dollars in your Ebioro account as cash at any participating MoneyGram agent, in more than 160 countries.

**Before you start**

- Your identity must be verified in the app. Cash withdrawals always require it.
- You need a USD balance with enough money for the withdrawal and the fee.

**Step by step**

1. Open **Withdraw** and choose the country where you will collect the money.
2. Choose **Cash pickup** (cash at a MoneyGram agent location).
3. Enter the amount, from 5 to 2,500 USD. MoneyGram shows how much you will receive in local currency, and the fee, before you confirm.
4. MoneyGram asks for your personal details on its own screen inside the app. If we already have them, they come pre-filled.
5. Confirm. Within a few minutes your **pickup reference** appears in the app, and we also email you.
6. Go to a MoneyGram agent with your official ID and the reference, and collect your cash. Use **Find nearby locations** in the app, or [moneygram.com/locations](https://www.moneygram.com/locations).

**Useful to know**

- Only you can collect the money. MoneyGram hands the cash to the person who made the transaction.
- You can follow the status under **Activity**: *Processing*, *Ready for pickup*, *Picked up*.
- Changed your mind? Open the transaction and tap **Manage in MoneyGram** to cancel. The balance returns to your account.
